Will not sit flush with wall
Would Not RecommendThis adapter is flat on the back, so if the face of your outlet is not flush with the wall. this will leave a noticeable gap with the wall once it is screwed down, My other 6 outlet adapters have a recess in the back to accommodate any projection that the outlet has with the wall.

Affordable solution that gets the job done
Would RecommendAffordable solution that gets the job done. It just works, and because it is fastened with a replacement screw through the outlet cover, it stays in place when unplugging cords. Most other solutions are just plugged in and don’t stay in place very well. Highly recommended!
