I have had a 4 week experience trying to buy this product both in the store, and ordered on line. It has been like a comedy of errors including a shipping label that FedEx rejected as unreadable.

The person that brought the boards to my truck brought 12" wide boards instead of 16" boards, even though he had a scanner to tell what exact product he was supposed to be picking and delivering. Then, I have to bring the boards in to the store myself to get them exchanged for the correct sizes that I ordered, I get the WORST ATTITUDE and customer service possibl...

Nothing accurate
Would Not RecommendOrdered (9) of these for closet redo. Description says shelf holes drilled both sides. 3-D photo on site shows holes drilled both sides. When I picked up boards are only drilled 1-side. Bought 3 more to use as a back for vertical shelf dividers so holes can be on inside and outside. Just measured boards to start project and they are all 95 3/8” long, not 96”. Now will have to shim bottom or add molding at top to finish out. Ceiling is 96” which is why I bought them in the first place.

I did a pickup order and all the pieces that were chosen for me from the store had scuffed and chipped edges. I would expect that from shipping but not when I saw nice looking pieces in the store. Otherwise, the product was as advertised.
