What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this digging bar for exceptional durability and powerful leverage across demanding outdoor tasks. Most highlight its heavy-duty construction, sharp edge retention, and ability to break through tough soil, rocks, and concrete without bending. The dual-ended design proves versatile for stump removal, fence post extraction, soil tamping, and prying. Many report completing large projects faster with less physical strain, calling it an essential tool they wish they'd purchased sooner. A few note it felt heavy for prolonged use or experienced bending under extreme stress, though these accounts are isolated.

Iron is very week. Why aren’t specifics on the amount of weight it can handle.

Sturdy and great to dig a narrow hole.

Would Recommend

Needed to remove some rotted fence posts that had been cemented in ground. This tool provided the ability to dig beside (hammer pole into ground) and leverage the in-ground cement and post out of hole.

It's just a long metal bar, nothing special

Would Recommend

Used for an Eagle Scout project, was great for helping set 4x4 posts for benches. Was able to tamp deep in the holes and the length of the bar naed it easy for the scouts to pry and manipulate the posts to plumb.

Picture misleading

Would Not Recommend

Not what was pictured. In the picture one end has a circular tamper but that same end on mine just comes to a point. I’m sure it will dig just fine but I liked that tamper on the end for compacting concrete mix.

great in clay

This is a tremendous help in hard SC clay, it took a lot of work, but much less than regular post hole diggers.

I can dig it, baby.

Would Recommend

This thing practically digs it own holes. Really, Just set the tip on the ground, wiggle it a little, and you're done! Fence posts, tree plantings, house foundations -- this bar does it all. Pneumatic hammer? Fuhgedabout it! Once you have this bar in your hands, you won't need another tool.
