This is an easily installed light and great for rental properties.

Temporary light

Cheap but works well. Needed a replacement light for construction in kitchen. Easy to install and works when you turn the switch on

Antique brass light

This fixture is more modern than the one it replaced. Look good in the kitchen window.

Nice little light with Antique Look

I replaced three other lights with three of these, two in a "Jack and Jill" bathroom, and the other in an adjoining space. I was replacing existing blah "contractor style" light fixtures. The bathroom(s) space is long and narrow, so the smaller size of the fixture looks really good. This is an older home, so I was attracted to the kind of "antique" look of the globe, as well as the acorn shape--just different enough to give the space some character. Mounting screws too short

Found that the screws that mount the fixture to the mounting bracket are two short. Had to try and find longer screws. A 10 minute job turned in to an hour.
