What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this grab bar for its exceptional sturdiness and reliable safety performance, with many testing it under significant force and finding it firmly anchored. Installation is consistently described as quick and straightforward, often completed in under five minutes with clear instructions and flexible mounting options. Reviewers particularly value the matte black and white finishes that blend seamlessly with modern bathroom decor, plus the larger diameter offering a secure, comfortable grip. The product delivers strong confidence and peace of mind for older adults and those with mobility challenges. A few mention soft screws prone to stripping, but overall customers consider it an excellent, functional safety investment.

Great Online Order/Pick Up/Return Experience
Would RecommendIt was so great that Lowe's had this (and a related product) in stock available for fast pick up. We tried your competitor and the experience was frustrating and exceedingly slow. You came to our rescue, which means we will work with you first next time. Thanks for making everything so seamless. P/S The return was the result of indecision on our part. We weren't sure which of two sizes would work for our situation.

Good Product but misinformed by Lowes Associate
Would RecommendI had been informed by the associate that it came with wall anchors which could be used to mount the grab bars when they could not be screwed into an existing beam. However, these wall anchors were not included with the grab bars and I had to purchase them at a later date in order to install the mounts. Installation was not hard once I had the anchors.
