What Customers Are Saying

The product received mixed reviews. Customers found the light fixture easy to install and appreciated its attractive appearance and brightness. However, some reported quality control issues such as broken or misaligned shades, poor instructions, and flimsy construction. A number of customers had to make adjustments or return the product due to fit problems. While many reviews were positive, the significant quality concerns suggest the manufacturer should focus on improving the consistency and durability of the product.

One of the shades could not be tightly installed since the treads were bad and the nut could not be screwed on tight.

Defective shade

 Would Not Recommend

After removing the old light, repainting the wall and installing this fixture I found that the shade could not be tighten on one of the lights. Therefore the one shade hung down, so I returned the fixture as defective. The porcelain bulb socket is not a good material to make threads on.

I have bought this in the past and never had a problem. This last light fixture not made well. The brackets that hold the light were bent and the shades do not fit properly. One of the shades is not even all the way around the bottom.
