Despite excellent (and visibly undamaged) packaging, the first vanity bar had two broken glass globes when we opened it. Lowe's accepted the defective item return and refunded our money, so that was excellent. We were disappointed that the packaging, despite being very thorough, did not prevent the hidden damage.
