What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this extension pole for safely reaching high and awkward areas, consistently highlighting its lightweight yet sturdy metal construction that doesn't bend under pressure. The reliable locking mechanism holds securely at any length, and reviewers appreciate its versatility for painting, gutter cleaning, window washing, and roof scrubbing—many stating it eliminates the need for ladders. While a small number report occasional locking issues or minor flex at full extension, the vast majority express high satisfaction and would purchase again.

Sturdy Pole
Would RecommendI purchased this extension pole to use with my window cleaning system to reach second story windows. It has worked exactly as I anticipated and I appreciate the sturdyness of the pole when it is fully extended. Would recommend for your projects.

Works well
Would RecommendWorks quite well. A little play when it's extended - found it better to extend both pieces a little versus one piece a lot.

Locked up and Lowe's won't replace!
Would Not RecommendI used this pole three times for about 5 minutes each (to spray high wasps nests). On the third time, the pole locked up in a nearly fully-extended position. As such, it can't be retracted, so it's use and transportability is now limited. Since it had been past 90 days since purchase, the Lowe's in Morrisville, NC would not exchange it (I wasn't asking for a refund). They suggested that I research the manufacturer online, and contact them instead. Poor product and very poor customer service...
