What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the vanity's stylish design, elegant finish, and spacious storage, with most expressing high satisfaction. The offset sink maximizes counter space, and drawers with soft-close features and ball-bearing tracks glide smoothly. Many highlight the marble top and brushed stainless hardware as quality touches. However, some report quality control issues including misaligned doors, sticking drawers, visible scratches, or damaged tops upon arrival. Despite these inconsistencies, most customers consider it well-built for the price and recommend it for bathroom upgrades.

Would Not RecommendThe vanity looks good, but the cabinet doors arrived misaligned by about a quarter inch. The hinge mounting plates appear to have been installed at uneven heights at the factory, so one door sits noticeably higher than the other. The hinge screws only adjust the door in and out and side to side, so there is no way to correct the height. Lowe's would only offer a return to the store, which isn't practical once the vanity is installed. Quality control needs to be better, and the manufacturer shoul...

Assembly Issues
This is a nice looking unit for the price. The drawer assemblies did not align at all. No worries...just adjust per procedure, right? Hah! Nope! I was on a time crunch, so did not have time to go through the return process. Had to enlarge the holes and to add shims (the glides were not level) to get the drawer faces to line up. To the folks at Lowes: This is a BASIC assembly issue (speaking as the former quality manager for two manufacturing plants). These things are assembled with jigs so a...

broken sink
Would Not RecommendThankfully I checked this before leaving the store. The sink top was smashed. I checked because the box appeared crushed. Very annoying as now it will be another week for a replacement putting my work behind schedule.
