Failed much quicker than incandescent units
Would Not RecommendIf you sort by 1 and 2 star reviews, you'll see a lot of people saying they don't last. Add me to that list. I liked the design/appearance, and used a pair of these above our basement steps (one at the top, one at the bottom). The original builder-grade incandescent fixtures were still on the original bulbs, 20+ years after my house was built, since these lights are on for what adds up to literally a few hours every month. I installed these new LED units, and they lasted just over 4 years. ...

Good light, new version doesnt come with mounting
Would RecommendPuts out great light. Problem is, though, the newer packaged lights do not come with the mounting bracket so if your electrical boxes are 3”, you will have to spend extra money. Old packaging (flat box) comes with the mounting bracket
Great lights for my hallways and laundry room.
Would RecommendThese were easy to install and they are VERY bright. I love that for the locations I put them but just be aware that they are bright. May not be suitable outside a child's room for instance.
