Ratings & Reviews for Project Source 20-ft x 30-ft Blue Waterproof Standard Polyethylene 5-mil Tarp

What Customers Are Saying
The tarp is a suitable size for covering large areas, but there are mixed opinions on its durability. While some found it held up well in harsh weather, others reported issues like holes, tears, and seams coming apart after a few months of use. The tarp may not be fully waterproof, and may be better suited for short-term, temporary use rather than long-term outdoor exposure or heavy-duty applications.

Would Not RecommendUnfolded the tarp and found rips, holes and tears all through the middle of the tarp. These are obviously not inspected before packaging to sell. Very thin and not of the quality needed to withstand outdoor elements. This material would work to cover a floor inside only
Blue Hawk Tarp
Would RecommendSuper super, did not think I could find one large enough. But it was perfect.

Tarp
Would RecommendAfter placing the tarp on roof, it kept the rain from leaking into the house. Did its job.

Do not waste your money.
Would Not RecommendThis tarp is not worth the money even with the warranty. I have had to take this tarp back in less than 60 days 3 times. It claims to be uv protected but it drys out really fast and the slightest wind shreds it.

Durable tarp
Would RecommendUsed this tarp on top of a house until the leaks could be fixed. Very durable.

Used the purchase of it, then returned it to get a nice Lowe's plastic gift card that will not fade out like Coninstar receipts, and lose any resources on it. Now the above Critical comment can be discarded.

Lucky if you get one year use out of it
Would Not RecommendThis tarp breaks down and falls apart pretty quickly when exposed to the sun, you might get 2 years out of it in the shade but don't count on it. Mine started deteriorating after only one year in the sun and then the water goes right on through it. I recomend buying a better tarp for anything you care about. This is great for short term temporary use, but not for long term.
Junk
Would Not RecommendThe tarp lasted 2.5 months. It is quickly deteriorated by the sun

The 20' x 30" Tarp
Would RecommendThe tarp was not as "tough" as I would have liked for the cost. We used it to cover our RV after storm damage and within two days, the wind/friction on the tarp caused several holes.

Does not hold up
Would Not RecommendI use this tarp to cover a small storage area out of doors with a sloped roof.. I purchased two of these and both times the tarp seperates at the glued seam and splits within three to six months. It would be okay for occasional temp use but not at all durable.
