Pretty online, not in person

This light fixture looked pretty in display in the store. When I got home and opened the box, I was not impressed. The light fixture looked cheap. The glass was not smooth and some of the paint was not coated well. I bought two for my garage and I will have to return the lights back to the store.

Very nice lights

I was concerned with some of the reviews stating parts missing or broken part. I bought four and brought them home for the installers to put up for me. They said everything went well and the lights were easy to put up. Not sure about durability but they look fantastic.

The installer communication is not accurate team not organized. It's been over a month getting this floor down and I'm still waiting. Knowing the time of the installer so I can move the water heater for final installation.I called the day before leaving msgs for eta so it would be moved. I received a call the day of installation stating that he is 25 minutes away so I had to reschedule bc the ppl who were coming to disconnect the water heater was now out of place bc of communication. Now they do...
