Would RecommendUsed this for a moisture barrier on concrete floor where the laminate floor has a built in pad. Make sure your floor is clean, swept and vacuumed. The adhesive strip is great for joining sheets together. Follow the flooring manufactures instructions. I used underlayment tape for sealing the top seam
