Would RecommendProject source foam underlayment is easy to use. we used it under ceramic click plank flooring. The underlayment has an overlay on one side and a sticky strip on the other to connect each row of underlayment. this product was easy and straightforward to use. I would recommend this product to anyone laying down flooring like we did over concrete. this underlayment absorbs the cold coming from the concrete and helps with noise while walking on it.

So, lacking real installation instructions the sensible thing was to roll it out with the film side down on the concrete slab and the foam side on top.
