What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this underlayment for significantly reducing footfall noise, providing moisture and mold resistance, and simplifying installation under vinyl flooring on concrete. Many highlight the cushioned comfort underfoot, especially in high-traffic areas, and appreciate how the built-in adhesive strips and overlapping edges make it easy to lay, cut, and align without additional tape. Reviewers note it remains stable and doesn't crimp or warp like thinner alternatives. A few mention concerns about pricing or unclear instructions, but most consider the quality and performance well worth the investment.

Easy install, need additional tape to secure seams
Adequate... but waste 10" on each roll Rolls have last 10"- 20" wasted because of the manufacturing process - bends the ends Also...the label pulls off the waterproof backing when removed

Easy to install

Basic Underlayment
Would Not RecommendThe product was relatively easy to work with. I found that the thinness of it worked well to not interfere with the height of the floor, but it was too easy to tear into when setting the boards with the pull bar. I used it to float a floor over hardwood, so I don’t have to worry about moisture. Basically it provided a basic foundation for the flooring.
Very good material
