Picture Predrilled -- Product Not

Beware, I don't know if order fulfillment picked the wrong product or if the photo in the ad is wrong, but what I received is not predrilled.

Shipping Damage

I would not have this shipped. Select Pickup, Curbside or Delivery as an option. Package was sent in a loose handmade box and delivered by FedEX. Arrived damaged

Product was fine. Lowes customer service was like

Product was fine. Lowes customer service was like The Three Stooges.

Product was fine, Lowes was not

I have had a 4 week experience trying to buy this product both in the store, and ordered on line. It has been like a comedy of errors including a shipping label that FedEx rejected as unreadable.

Easy to install

Just what I wanted and it looks great

Be aware of the weight

Heavy, also difficult to drive nails or screws. Easy to clean

Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy

The simple order of 4 boards at 16" widths delivered to my car in the parking lot was just too difficult for this store to accomplish. The person that brought the boards to my truck brought 12" wide boards instead of 16" boards, even though he had a scanner to tell what exact product he was supposed to be picking and delivering. Then, I have to bring the boards in to the store myself to get them exchanged for the correct sizes that I ordered, I get the WORST ATTITUDE and customer service possibl...

Nothing accurate

Ordered (9) of these for closet redo. Description says shelf holes drilled both sides. 3-D photo on site shows holes drilled both sides. When I picked up boards are only drilled 1-side. Bought 3 more to use as a back for vertical shelf dividers so holes can be on inside and outside. Just measured boards to start project and they are all 95 3/8” long, not 96”. Now will have to shim bottom or add molding at top to finish out. Ceiling is 96” which is why I bought them in the first place.

Great Product, A+

Great Product, I had to cut it in order to make the proper lengths for my shelving, I would recommend a saw with more teeth. Worked great, very happy with how it turned out

Good not great.

Product was exactly what I needed but the board was a little beaten up

Chipped Pieces

The pieces came chipped.

Scuffed and chipped edges

I did a pickup order and all the pieces that were chosen for me from the store had scuffed and chipped edges. I would expect that from shipping but not when I saw nice looking pieces in the store. Otherwise, the product was as advertised.

Adjustable

Easy up
