The blind was fairly easy to install. It looks nice, but it's very lacking in lightblocking. Light still streams in during the day. It operates smoothly. We went to the trouble to install so we'll leave it up. Hopefully it's durable.

Nice blinds for a good price
Would RecommendThese blinds were pretty easy to install. I only needed an electric screwdriver to drill in the top rod to the window. I liked that they are cordless. They are not a faux wood, but they're a sturdy, yet flexible pvc material. It was a little tricky snapping them in place at the end, but once I pryed them in with a flathead screwdriver, they feel secure. I chose these over more expensive brands I have in other rooms, like Levelor, but they don't look worse in quality.
