Great yard art

I purchased this unit in hope that it would be easier to roll up the 100' hose that I use. It has been nothing but a pain in the butt. Should have bought the wall mounted reel, those work great.

Easy assemblage

Bought to add another 100' to first hose reel.

GARBAGE

Knew better to buy project source. When you put it together the handle bangs the frame… the brass fittings than you screw your garden hose into and the opposite end that your hose on the reel are so cheaply made they both spin. instead of one end remaining static. Hence when winding the brass fittings backs out of the reel and the whole thing collapses. Major design flaw and for the price will try true value or somewhere else…

can not use sprinkler

Great Cart

bought this to replace older reel cart with flat tires. This one has no flat tires! EASY to assemble. Instructions are plainly written and a snap to follow. Tried a cheaper model from another retailer first and am still regretting that mistake.

Great product very strudy solid quality

Great product, but mine had a defective part

I really like this hose reel cart. But I had a defective axle nut. I noticed that it was different than the others, but hoped for the best. It seemed tight when I put it on, but now it has fallen off twice. I called the number suggested if you have missing parts or problems, but they do not have the part available to send. Their solution was for me to disassemble the cart, return t to Lowes and get another. (Which I can't be sure will have all good parts either.) So the product was great, b...

Good but could be much better

I bought this just couple weeks ago. I chose it because I have had two suncast hose reels which I loved but they break about every 10 years. And I just wanted something that might last longer. I figured the metal might hold up. But appears this reel will probably fail just as quick. They made a couple poor chooses. For one the pillow blocks don’t have bearings so they will probably rub though the cooper pipe fittings. But the second and most annoying thing is the reel does not have a guide to h...

Light duty hose

First one I bought was cracked. Second one was in one piece and has been working well but a little worried for when second one might crack too.

Engineers suck

The assembly was easy. That’s the only positive thing. Had I not paid this much, and assembled it, would have thrown it in the trash. The idea of how they set up the hose connections are some of the stupidest designs I’ve ever seen on a hose caddy that I’ve ever put together. And I’ve put together several. Engineers should have to be able to use their own products to be able to put them out on a store shelf. And whoever made this one obviously never used it themselves.

Great hose reel but one avoidable flaw

This is the second of these we have bought for our home. They are sturdy and work great. The assembly instructions are simple and easy to follow. The brass valve assembly is put together, which saves a few steps, and the bolts/nuts are packaged so it is easy to verify they are all there prior to assembly. The one flaw in the entire thing is that the leader hose comes folded instead of rolled. There are six permanent creases and bends in the hose, which will almost certainly affect the water...

Im thrilled either way the hose reel. I’m elderly and it is easy to move around.

Good, sturdy hose reel

Easy to assemble if you are a bit handy (15-20 min). Would be nice if it had a piece you could stand on when rolling up the hose and a 90° bend to attach the hose to, so it doesn't kink. A 19mm socket for the axle bolts, a 17mm and 12mm wrench should be used to assemble rather than the adjustables the instructions call out.
