Looks great,but has a fault. The rotation hook up with the pipes lives room for leaking even using Teflon tape.

Seems to be a decent faucet for the price. It's made with cheaper materials and only time will tell how well built it is. Luckily I knew what I was doing on the install because the directions were no where to be found!

Pretty good - Just Installed

I can't vouch for the long term quality for the product, but at initial installation, it looks like a very good value. I am counting on the lifetime warranty, but I've seen these generic companies (like Project Source) that serve big box stores disappear within years ...it may be a strategy to offer a lifetime warranty without added cost, but I could be wrong. Do not buy

Bought this product a few days ago and had a certified plumber install it. Before he left he had to switch to the plastic handles because the chrome one fell off when I turned it on. Today I totally unscrewed the shower handle as I went to turn on the shower, then had to get pliers to do this.. Needless to say, very disappointed. Will have to all be done again. I work for Lowe's and I would not recommend this.

I don't get it

Bought one of these units - the cold water valve turns clockwise for on, and counterclockwise for off. Returned it and the second unit was the same way. Any suggestions? Also - what replacement is used for the cartridges?

Great look

Everything works great and looks amazing with my new bathtub! Easy to clean and keep shiny!

This is a good product at a decent price

Ignore the comments from people that don't know how to install a shower valve or tighten an allen screw. Installation was basic and all parts worked well. The handles work and fit properly. True the quarter circle turn is a bit small but really there's no problem adjusting temperature. And the water flow is quite sufficient and better than the single handle valve I replaced. For basically the cheapest option in a two handle shower valve, I was very happy with the quality.

Good Value, Not Sure About Durability

This was a replacement for a valve that developed a leak. I really liked the style, and went with it based on that. The faucets seemed a lot more sturdy in the store, but seem kind of flimsy in actual use. Low, low flow

Bought this as a replacement for a 20+ year old Price Pfister unit. Seat washers needed replaced again & wooden handle parts were getting in bad shape, so we decided it was past due time for a change. Just needed a modest unit to carry us a few years till we remodel the bath. This unit turned out to be too modest. Have never experienced such a low water flow rate. Great replacement for updating bathroom

I purchased this for my front bathroom because of the design was easy to use for anybody that has trouble turning knobs or regulating water temperature. I was taking care of my elderly dad at the time and it was perfect. Works great. I am now ready to replace my master bathroom fixtures and this is the one I want to buy again.

Great Budget Product

This set looks great installed. I replaced the original 1964 parts in our shower. My daughter can now turn the shower on and off all by herself. Handles turn very easy. I would say it is middle of the road quality. Parts are plastic, but most are metal. This is much better then the cheaper all plastic set we looked at, but could always be better it it were all metal. Overall, Very happy with our purchase.

easy install, sleek and clean design.so far I am very pleased with this purchase. I do not recommend the plastic nipple/tub pipe. pick up a galvanized pipe as well, so you don't have to worry about cracks or leaks.

Product is not worth the money. Knobs clocked wrong, part missing. At over 60 bucks I expected better.

This is my second one of these. Works great. Easy on and off. Great for older hands.

If you've ever changed out a faucet and handle set at anytime in the past, you can practically toss the directions. everything was very simple to use and put together and was clearly marked.

Could use some design adjustments

Faucet looks very nice and comes nicely packaged to prevent anything from hitting/scratching during shipment. Easy to install. I did it myself in about 1 hours which included transitioning from copper to cpvc. I have 2 problems with this unit. The unit allows less water pressure through than my old unit (I left my old shower head in place so I know it's the valve and not the new head).
