What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this shovel for its compact size and ease of use, particularly for shorter individuals and light gardening tasks like planting and debris cleanup. Most appreciate the sturdy construction, comfortable handling, and excellent value for everyday yard work. Many note it reduces strain and fits easily in storage. A few users report the blade flexes in hard-packed soil or clay, and some find the handle too short for heavy-duty use. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend it for light to medium tasks.

Would Not RecommendIt's a shovel. Works as a shovel.

It works well. Small, could be a little sturdier.

Durable
This shovel is very durable, I was able to use it in yard work for digging up tree saplings that were growing through my yard and had established deep roots.

Great shovel
This is a perfectly proportioned shovel, which is both durable and lightweight. We used it for hunting fossilized, shark teeth in a stream bed known for their presence. The shovel brought up five small fossilized shark teeth.

Fine for what it is.
Would Not RecommendPurchased this to dig up the lawn to plant a garden at our new house. Works fine but the blade is made of very thin metal. I managed to bend the blade a few times when trying to shovel into the ground. I suppose that what you would expect at this price point, was the cheapest shovel in store.
