It was 14.5 x 29 but after I started to balance my checkbook, I noticed that I had been charged 13.48 andthe item on the receipt was a 19 x 40 boot tray and the boot tray sold is definitely 14.5 x 29. Would Not RecommendThe mat does appear to be sturdy. However, it's 39-3/4" W, not the stated 39"; and the useable bottom surface for storing boots, etc. is only 34-1/2" W. There are also some rough, poorly finished spots on the underside of the mat, which would probably scratch a wooden floor.
