Surface cover deteriorates easily
Would Not RecommendThe padding itself is adequate for protection. I've just used it to cover furniture when moving. The big problem is the blue outer layer, which seems to be paper with texture, rather than a woven fabric. It has deteriorated completely after 6-9 months sitting in my car, exposed to whatever sunlight comes in the windows. I have tiny blue flakes of this outer material all over my car.

Would Not RecommendCheap, nasty, synthetic fabric. Tore on first use. The factory that makes these may use cotton somewhere in the plant, but not in this department. They may be useful for some purposes, but protecting furniture while moving is not one of them.
