Ratings & Reviews for Project Source Stainless Steel PVD Single Handle Deck-mount Low arc (Includes Deck Plate) (Includes Side Sprayer)

NOT as expected

Upon install (which was very easy) the faucet did not function as it is supposed to. Had to order replacement parts within 30 minutes of install. This item will be returned for replacement by better quality faucet.

Kitchen sink faucets

This faucet and spray unit is so easy to install I believe my 11 year old grandson could have done it for me. They seem to be good quality and I think they should last a long time.

Great Product

Cheap good looking faucet. Easily installed. I would recommend this for the money.

This is junk.

Woke up one morning to water all over the kitchen floor. Something internal to the faucet broke - apparently it had been going on a while, because when we removed everything out from under the sink, the wood was soaked and there was mold everywhere. We only installed this 6 months ago because the last one in the house was at least 10 years old! Piece of junk. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased! Don't install this unless you plan on spending more time and money on a new one soon!

Great Looking Faucet

Great looking faucet for the money. I bought and installed to replace and old leaky delta faucet. Very easy to install and looks fantastic!

Great Design; Poor Quality

I loved everything about this faucet except that the cold water stem leaks from the faucet interior. An obvious manufacturer problem with welding or something. Easy to install and would have rated 5 stars, but I got a lemon. First time in ten years I got a lemon from Lowes. Will return tomorrow.

Average faucet

It works great but makes a funny water noise when on. Like there's too much water pressure inside that the faucet can not keep up with.

leaked internally

The faucet seemed to be a good value. Installation was the same as most all other faucets. After a few weeks i noticed water under the sink. Took several days to diagnose as an internal leak. Extremely frustrating issus. Lowes took the unit back without any issues.

Good value, good looking...

This faucet was easy to install, has a good finish, operates smoothly, although the spout is still a little stiff when moving it from side to side. I am sure it will become easier as it ages. Better than getting sloppy with age, however. The only negative is it makes a pop sound occasionally, which appears to be related to the sprayer head. Each time pops, the sprayer head jumps in it's holder. Like an air lock in the mechanism? Other than that, a good value.

Really!?!

Product looked good and good value so I purchased one. First one leaked around the top as soon as i installed it. I thought o.k. sometimes you get one that slipped through quality control so I returned same day for same model. Second one lasted 2 months and started leaking at the top handle/pivot spout area! Really!?! Will return this today for another brand. Would not recommend this brand at this time.

Love it.

Haven't seen any issues with it yet... Sometimes the sprayer drips water, but I'm pretty sure that's not the spray's fault! :)

Not reliable over time

I purchased this about 2 months ago. It started leaking from the sprayer attachment. The Sprayer must have good seal to even use faucet or it will leak. The sprayer attaches by clipping on with is not reliable. I call company and they made me hold for a couple minutes and then said they were closed and it was only 7:57pm when they close at 8pm. I will be returning it for a different brand.

Good for the money

I have purchased 2 for rental properties and both have served perfectly even under the rough treatment of renters easy install decent finis and function.

good for the price

Have had this for about 2 months now, works great. I gave it four stars for the pulsing that everyone is talking about. I have experienced that too but it works just fine, the sprayer hose could be a little bit longer. But it looks great and have had no problems.

Junk

Within a month the spigot leaked around the bottom and the aerator clogged. Spigots also pulses. Don't waste your time on this product like I did.

Good Kitchen Faucet with Side Hand Sprayer

Quick and easy installation. Everything fit right out of the box, without modification, and the instructions were very clear and thorough. No leaks or drips and very smooth operation. Would definitely recommend to anyone with minimal, or even no plumbing experience.

on a budget

Installed faucet myself. Installation was average as far as faucets go. Sprayer hose attaches using a quick disconnect type fitting which was nice. My biggest dis-satisfaction is that the faucet seems to pulse as it warms up. The pulse is the same noise made when the sprayer is used. I'm most likely removing faucet and returning for another brand before my 90 days.
