What Customers Are Saying
The kitchen faucet is easy to install and a good value, but has some significant quality and durability issues. Many customers reported problems with leaking, loose or difficult-to-operate handles, and the overall construction not holding up well over time. Some found the faucet lacked a clear "off" position, making it hard to fully shut off the water. While it may work well initially, the general sentiment is that it is not a long-term solution and may need to be replaced sooner than expected.

Would Not RecommendInstructions were good. The product fit, but the base had a flaw on the base that allowed water to leak between the sink and faucet.

cracked after 5 months
Would Not RecommendIts a great low budget short term repair. While it is low cost, and easy to install, the craftsmanship is not as hoped. After a few months of normal use (doing dishes, hand washing, and rinsing veggies) the neck cracked at what appears to be a seam under the chrome plating. Again, its a great short term affordable repair in an emergency, but not longterm quality.
junk
Would Not Recommend1 week and the lever pops up. Why would anyone sell this in their store?
Sloppy all the way around
Would Not RecommendVery small area for turn off. Top nut doesn't quite seat the way it should, water coming past the handle. Set screw doesn't set. Total Junk.
Works great!
Would RecommendWe purchased the faucet to replace our old leaky one and it works great!

You get what you pay for. A good $35 faucet.
Would Not RecommendHad a slow drip. Bought it as a temp fix until we got our warranted faucet in. Cheapest model, exactly what we were looking for, but not a long term solution.

Drip, drip, drip!
Would Not RecommendWell you get what you pay for! Went the cheaper choice just to find that I wasted my money on this junk. Like some others that wrote about it not being off in the off position. It drips or runs. Should have read the reviews prior to purchase. My bad!

Not even a good substitute
Would Not RecommendWer bought this faucet because wer are sbir to redo our kitchen but are not sure what faucet we wast yet. So wer just hit this until renovation is fine. We've had it two week's. It's terrible. I an afraid it's not going to last till renovations are fine. It does not turn off all the way and drips constantly. Just pay ther extra $20 if you are planning in getting something more permanent....
