Used this item to cut linoleum tiles for a 180 sq ft room. After about 3/4 of the way through noticed pieces of the bushing and bearings starting to fall onto the floor. With this defect, it was difficult to cut 12” tiles.
Cuts aren't "clean" and requires much arm-strength
Would Not RecommendProduct did not work well. I stopped using it after 4 cuts because it wasn't making "clean" cuts, and required much arm-strength. So I switched to my mitre saw... created much more dust, but much easier and cleaner cuts. I will be returning this item to the retailer.

Not for peel & stick tile
Would Not RecommendThis is a cool idea. However, the peel and stick tile that I bought did not cut smoothly. The cutter made the cut edges rough. The edges were not clean and smooth. So I had to end up caulking the lines between the tiles to hide the imperfections.
