Absolutely ridiculous customer service
Would Not RecommendOrdered 10 and was missing a lid. Called customer service and instead of offering me a lid, I was given 2 options. Either I return the one bin missing a lid for a refund or contact the manufacturer and take it up with them. No option to have one delivered to me (impractical and silly to deliver one lid I know) or to pick one up at a nearby Lowe’s. Lowe’s customer service is garbage for this one
Delivery
Purchased 10 bins because Lowe’s would deliver to my front door. They were dropped barely at top of driveway nowhere near front door and blocking path to front door. Store says not their problem and refers me to third party delivery. Third party says they have no record of purchase. Bottom line? Lowe’s doesn’t care.

Would RecommendPerfect size for small parts and computer components. Finally helped me toss out a few random boxes I had everything stashed in. Stacks just like the larger sizes and easy to spot the yellow tops on my shelf.
