What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise this utility knife as an affordable option that handles light-duty tasks well, with many highlighting the included multiple blades and sturdy screw-based handle as strong value. Most find it cuts effectively for quick projects like cutting boxes or drywall. However, a substantial group reports serious frustration with blade replacement, describing the mechanism as difficult to unscrew or requiring force to open. Some customers returned the product due to this flaw. Despite the usability issue, many still consider it worthwhile for occasional DIY use.

Decent, inexpensive utility knife
Would RecommendIf you need a good utility knife on a budget, this is a good choice. While not the smoothest action when it comes to extension and retraction, it'll hold a blade just fine, and that's the important action!

Bargain Price, Bargain Features
Would Not RecommendIf you're price-driven, go ahead & get this. Just know that the position lock is merely a suggestion. An also added feature is 5-minute blade changes, trying to fit this thing back together properly whilst daydreaming how your old Stanley used to take only 15 seconds to dis- and re-assemble on changes.

You get what you pay for
Would Not RecommendThere was no blade in place for immediate use. Tool contained only 2 blades (not 3, as advertised). With great difficulty, was able to install a blade so that I could use the tool, but could not retract the blade for safety. Guess I should have bought one that cost more. For $3, what can you expect? At least pick-up was hassle-free.

Buy a better quality
Would Not RecommendThree different people could not put it together. Too much plastic, and the instructions are too small for any of us to read.
