Worked great on our toilet

We have a Los Flexi ED5 smart toilet that got clogged with a small piece of the wax ring that got scraped off. We didn't know why the new toilet clogged after about a week and plungers couldn't touch it, but this auger got it on the second try and brought the piece of wax back up. Would recommend.

The driver tried to use the back secured gate which has a sign to use the front gate. Instead he dropped the package on the ground in the grass.

Amazing tool that gets the job done

So in the winter, I needed to use a kitchen sink auger in that worked brilliantly and I’m so happy that this toilet auger also worked you do have to be careful and really understand the directions. I had never snaked a drain before or a toilet before the trick is moving it clockwise and it’s a little trickier with the toilet auger because you have to find the right place to hold it and make the motion, but the clockwise rotation is really important for how the auger works its way through the sys...

This worked great. I had tried everything else. This was my last chance before calling a plumber. It took me a minute to figure it out, but I did. Im a 75 year old lady.!

Poo auger good

Parents were over asleep on couch toilet colleged. I panic but then I grab poo auger it quite enough to get job done and works grate for late night poo excursions when stealth is needed, always have poo auger on hand it part of house now yay! Worth price and then some!

Cheaper and works for the amount of money spent

Other one broke near the handle while unclogging, likely it broke near the handle when toilet was unclogged and I was rising with clean water, otherwise.....

Worked as advertised.

The clip that holds the coil (when not in use) could be more robust, but otherwise the product functioned as it should.

Easy to use

I live by myself, no one to really help out with things so I learn as I go. Nothing else was breakig up the blockage in my toilet. Took me a minute to figure out how to actually work it but cleared out the blockage on the first try.

Clogs are no fun

Haven't had to use it yet so I'm not sure if it will work but it seems sturdy and will hopefully be all that's necessary. You never know with an old house and old pipes.
