Poor packaging/handling

I received my second order today and discovered that the box had been improperly taped. The box was partially open and the pleats were compressed in the center. I will cancel my subscription if this happens again.

Love these Filters for the AC/Heating Unit

These filters do a great job at cutting down on the dust in the house. The MERV rating is perfect for our unit and doesn't put too much undue strain on the unit and could last a little more than my 3 mo. interval when I change them. I like that they come in a multi-pack also.

I usually order filters for the house in multi-packs because it's a little cheaper. These filters are a good quality for the filtration and money. I usually change my filters every 3 mos.

So far, so good! I gave it 4 stars because it bows quite a bit from the suction my air handler produces. Even so, it still fits well and seems to do its job. My only other complaint is that I wish it were stocked at my local Lowe’s instead of only being available as a Ship to Store item.
