The set of chisels are not ready to use. You have to sharpen them first as they are BLUNT!!!!

fantastic for the price
These chisels were dead flat out of the box - not even expensive chisels are dead flat. The factory grind was rough - but a 320 grit diamond stone smoothed them out in no time. 9 micron diamond stone gave them a perfect edge, finished with leather stropping - and they are hair popping sharp. The steel is EXTREMELY surprisingly good for this price - the keenness and hardness is better than the kobalt chisels, and holds an edge much better and longer than the kobalt chisels - id say its more on ...
Very dull, nit usable
Would Not RecommendI do not recommend this set. It is so dull that cannot even chip off any wood even with help of a rubber hammer. As you can see in the pictue, the edge is very widely visible which means dull.

Wood Chisel
Would RecommendThey work fine. Thinking back I may could have saved a couple of dollars getting these at Harbor Freight. Not super high quality but for once in awhile use they are just fine.
