What Customers Are Saying
The Blue Hawk multi-tool hanger can effectively hold a variety of lighter weight yard tools like rakes, brooms, and mops. The hooks are well-made and the overall design is flexible, allowing users to customize the layout. However, the plastic rails and pegs are low quality and do not hold tools securely, causing heavier tools like shovels and rakes to frequently fall off. The pegs are widely criticized as being essentially useless. Overall, the product seems to work reasonably well for lighter items but struggles with heavier tools, and the poor quality of some components limits its long-term durability.

Check the box
Would Not RecommendBeware People, check the box for all the parts. I bought this for our new shed in the fall but didn't install it until now and discovered the end caps, that secure the last piece, were missing. I figured out another way to make it work as it was too late to take it back at that point. Objects aren't to heavy to be held up in place
Would RecommendSuper easy to hang up. It just doesn't hold up any brooms or dust pans unless it's by the plastic hooks it comes with.

Associate Not Friendly
Would RecommendEvelyn or Avelyn at the desk makes you feel like you are bothering her, somehow responding to greeetings is not her thing, good morning, thank you, you welcome are not part of her thing I guess. I shop there often so this is not the first time and I suspect managers are aware of her lack of customer service.
