Could have been much better

This product could have been great, the manufacturer or designer failed. I still gave it three starts because I’ve made it work. The documentation: There is none. The wheels: The magnet was not useable on my lawn after the roofers were here. This was because there was not enough clearance. The wheels should be adjustable. The most satisfying sound.

The magnet is very powerful and was able to pull screws and nails out of some pretty deep grass. You can hear the little pieces of metal "clink" when they get picked up and hit the bottom of the housing.

Whats in your yard?

Removed old nails and metal debris from a recent roofing job around the property. I know this will save a trip for me or my pets to the urgent care.

Small but powerful

I received the product in good condition. This particular tool has a telescoping handle to adjust the reach. The magnet was powerful and easy to wipe clean. I tried it in the garage and found lots of metal bits and even some small bearing parts. If its metal, this will puck it up. I like the smaller size, works out great for keeping in the truck. Saved my tires and feet

It's very strong. We had some roofing work done and this picked up all of the missed nails left behind. I like that I don't have to bend over to use it because the handle is retractable.

Might work better for young strong person

I believe the reason this is the most purchases brand is because that is the only one in stock. There were no instructions on how to assemble the wheels. My husband and I tried different combinations while trying to attach the wheels to the axle but the wheels remained wobbly. It was difficult to run across our thick lawn. I wish I had purchased the wand with magnet attached instead of the wheeled device.

Powerful pickup tool

This really comes in handy in the workshop. Quickly picks up dropped nails and screws so that you don't have to bend over to pick them up. Also works great in the yard finding nails that contractors have dropped when working on projects around the house.

This magnetic rolling dolly is truly a lifesaver around any shop or warehouse area, including my personal garage when working on my vehicles and general projects I’m always dropping some sort of screw or now. This allows a piece of mind when losing one of those items I just run the floor and this will detect any metal with ease. It’s easy to store and the small enough to hide away when not use

Sturdy and powerful

Very powerful little gadget. I have a ton of screws scattered around my shop and can never find them through the dust of the wood. But with this magnet, I can easily find them. I highly recommend it. I was even able to lift a whole steel curtain rod with it without any issues.

Saving My Back...AND My Tires!!

I've used products like this in the past with limited results but this one? This one I like!! Ok...so it helps (or doesn't) that I'm living in a construction zone right now. If you've ever picked up stray nails/fasteners/etc in your tires you know what I'm talking about! This one is great for a few reasons. 1) The handle extends far enough I don't have to bend over! I used this to find nails and screws in my barn. The floor is dust and the nails are dirty, old and ruste so they are hard to find. I like that it’s adjustable. My kid can have it shorter when he’s doing it and I can keep it longer. I wish the magnet was a little stronger though.

I like this hand held magnetic pick up tool. I've had a chance to use it several times and it's done a fantastic job. It's great for picking up that odd screw or bolt that runs away from me, while not wasting a bunch of my time looking for it.
