All around failure
Would Not RecommendAll around failure from Lowes on this delivery. Gave me 16 gallon instead of the 50 Gallon. Called multiple times but they refuse to refund my money and come pick up their mistake. Two solutions: 1) pickup your mistake tote that was delivered and refund me 2) or Exchange the mistake tote. Anyways their excuse is they need to write a report and investigate, no solution in sight. At this point just want the refund.

Would RecommendI came in with an upgrade needed for my house on my pros account. Roger (manager) and Kayla (I know that’s not the right name she was helping in flooring) was absolutely amazing. So patient and so understanding. I will track them down anytime I need help. Hands down fantastic and I hope they know that. This was on 8/4/26. The best ever.
