Watery milky type Paint.

This paint is very thin and seems to be water based. It soaked into my wood and bled like pouring milk on it. Not paint at all.

IF this is the same as the satin or flat white, I'll be happy. Lowe's were out of the one I've used in the past, so I thought I'd try. The one used in the past was GREAT. Spray went where it was supposed to; it was easily washable from my fingers (I'm a sloppy painter), and best of all, the coverage was great.
