Good looking spray

I am remodeling our house and bought 2 of these heads for the 2 bathrooms. I like the larger heads, but don't have the funds to buy the ones that are the size of pie plates and cost hundreds of dollars. So this head was a compromise, you get a little bit of style for not a lot of money. I like the spray heads that have flexible spray nozzles. This is low price replacement shower head with three patterns. Wide and narrow angle spray is pretty good. Wife likes narrow spray to get shampoo out and I like the wide. Only two probs (minor) were massage setting does not work very well (no distinct pulses of water) and its a little stiff to turn adjustment handle and adjust flow setting patterns. Doesn't seem to break in and get lose either, believe me I tried .... Also, a little tricky to ratchet to/from one setting to next without using bot...

If quality or good spray pressure does not matter to you, then this is a good purchase for the price. If you need higher water pressure to actually rinse the soap suds off of you, do not purchase this product! I had to take mine back after about six weeks of use because the spray pressure seemed to be getting worse. It is made of the cheapest plastic I have seen in a shower head ever, I was afraid to break the twist knob installing the thing. Spend another twenty dollars on a quality name brand ...

6 months of use and BROKE!

I had my contractor remodel my new place and he chose this shower head, probably because it was cheap. So I didn't pick it. The spray pattern is fine, I actually liked it. BUT after only having used it for 6 months, (I travel a lot so I'm not home all the time so actual use was probably equivalent to about 3-4 months), it completely BROKE. Not as described

I bought this product for the pause function. The package says there are 5 settings (including pause/trickle). However, on installing this shower head, I discovered that there is no pause setting. I didn't have my receipt anymore so I couldn't return it. So beware, if you are buying for the pause function, do not buy.

Not what package says

Package says 5 spray settings including Pause, but there is no pause switch, the feature I bought it for in the first place. The insert was in three languages, but there was no information on how to use the features, only how to install it. Called help line, but it was no help - on hold for 20 minutes and the support person had less information about the product than I had. "Sorry."
