Would RecommendWorks pretty well doesn't have any cracks yet like every other one I've bought in the last few years. Easy installation. Hasn't clogged, sprays well I think it may even be real metal. Good pressure

Bad design.
Would Not RecommendThis shower is made so that the connections can be tightened by hand. The problem is, when connecting the hose at the inlet end, it needs to be tighter than hand tight. Otherwise, it leaks. There is no place to put a wrench. I ended up having to use a pipe wrench to get it tight, which left deep scratches and gouges on the brand new shower head. This was complicated by the fact that the piece is tapered which made it hard to get purchase with a pipe wrench. How hard is it to add a couple notches...
Faulty Cradle
Would Not RecommendThe product design is faulty. The showerhead cannot be trusted to remain in the cradle that is designed to house it during and after operation. It does provide water delivery as designed. Banged me in the head before I realized the faulty design and materials. Totally dissatisfied....
