Would RecommendI wanted to turn a linen closet into an additional closet. I took out a few of the wire racks and screwed the ends into the wall. It was so easy and now I have an extra closet!!

Would RecommendBought this to replace a wooden rod that had failed from too many jackets/pants being hung up together. I added a couple additional hangers for support, and I'm sure I'll never have to worry about this again. the finish is very smooth, so hangers slide nice and easy. For the price, it was a no brainer to use the metal rod verses the wood. I did have to trim about 1 inch off to fit in my closet, but that was easily done with the help of a saw. Never have to worry about splinters, or about the rod...
Plastic ends come out, but they don't go back in!
Would Not RecommendNo matter what I tried I couldnt get them to fit back in. I had to go back to the store and get other mounts to finish my job. otherwise this closet rod is nice looking and sturdy. But those mounting pieces just didn't work for me. I gave 3* for because of the rod but the mounting hardware gets 0.
Not the right size.
Because of the misleading original box with the wall unit, we thought that this was the proper size for the hanging rods. It wasnt and I had to go back and exchange these for larger rods.
