What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the brackets for their sturdy, heavy-duty construction and ease of installation, with many noting they support heavy shelves and clothing rods without sagging. The aligned holes and simple setup make projects quick and successful. However, many reviewers consistently criticize the plastic rod holder as a critical flaw, reporting that plastic clips break easily or slip out. Several customers remove the plastic component entirely and use only the metal cradle. Despite this significant drawback, most consider the brackets themselves excellent and durable.

Must have shelf brackets!
Would RecommendThis shelf bracket was perfect for our closet! It was heavy duty enough to hold my wife's and I clothing as well as all the boxes and miscellaneous items we put on the shelf. This shelf fit perfect with the brackets and shelf we purchased with lowes. This bracket did not stop any of the hangers from, moving on the closet rod!

Another post COVID failure
Would Not RecommendI see a lot of great reviews pre COVID, but post COVID, not many. As with many products post COVID, the quality has gone down. Beware the current product doesn't hold up with a lot of clothes. Definitely nowhere near 1000 lbs as described. The rod is very sturdy, but not all align the same, and the plastic end piece that holds up the rod isn't sturdy enough. It breaks with too much weight. Without a replacement piece (which there aren't any, I can find), the bracket is worthless, so you have to ...
Plastic rod holder breaks easily
Would Not RecommendI agree with all the reviews about poor quality rod holders and that some aren't aligned the same, especially if they are purchased years apart. The bracket material itself is great, but the plastic end that holds the rod breaks easily. I definitely didn't have anywhere near 1000 lbs of clothes on the rod, but it broke anyway, and all my clothes ended up on the floor. I understand why the holder is plastic to expand enough to secure the rod, but it should be made of better flexible material, pl...

Get rid of the plastic rod holder
Would Not RecommendI love the sturdiness of the bracket. I hate the PLASTIC rod holder. This is the third time I have to replace brackets in my closet because of the WEAK PLASTIC rod holder.
