Work well, very solid.
Would RecommendRock solid, very reasonably priced. Always get more than you think that you need both in # (I got 4, only needed 2, but having backups is handy) and in load-bearing capacity(2 x 90lbs capacity for one ~30lb light fixture).

When deciding on the length needed be sure to allow for the length of the butterfly nut when folded down against the bolt. The bolt length must allow the folded butterfly to extend past, through, the back of the material so the butterfly can spring open on the back side.
