Lowes was supposed to deliver this wheelbarrow to my house along with 200 bags of mulch. They delivered the mulch but not the wheel barrow. They said the wheelbarrow was still in the box unassembled and would be assembled and delivered the next day. They never delivered it but it shows delivered online.
