Ratings & Reviews for Project Source 4 -Piece Steel Pegboard hook in Silver 2.95-in W x 1.34-in H

Pegboard hardware

Simple and easy to use. Not very complicated at all. I used this to hang some Nerf guns on my sons wall in his bedroom using some pegboard. Turned out really awesome.

Poor manufacaturing quality

Ordered 10 packs and the variations from piece to piece were significant. Out of the 10 packs 2 were unusable becuase they wouldnt fit into the peg board properly. IF you can find ones made properly, they do the job.

Great Organization Product

I had a pegboard installed in order to organize my many cookie cutters. These work perfectly!

Worked great

Bought several bags. No issues with any of them at all. Held garden tools on thick pegboard without issue.

Poor quality and fit

Poor quality control. I bought 5 bags worth of them. Multiple had hard times fitting in the holes (too wide), and others were loose upon use. I put them in my Milwaukee toolbox and noticed that whenever I would open/close drawers on it, the hooks would fall out and drop tools everywhere. Too much tinkering to get them to fit when you have so many of them. I guess you get what you pay for.

Got the job done.

I got these hooks to hold my son's Nerf guns and they work as advertised. The way it "seats" it keeps whatever you put on it torwards the board. I'll buy more of these hooks in the future.

doesn't fit traditional fiberboard pegboards

Appears to be designed to work with thin sheet steel pegboards, not the traditional fiberboard that is thicker. You can make them work by bending the center prong.

Poor fit on wooden pegboard.

The bottom prong sticks out from the pegboard instead of being flush to it unless something heavy is hanging on it. It also is not perpendicular (whether or not something is hanging on it). The middle downward bend should be closer to the tip or the side prongs should be extended a bit.

it's a hook

Not much to say , it does its job, can't ask for more then that. However the store has a very sparse selection of peg board hooks. Other then straight hooks, all they have of other designs are huge assortments of many different types . Making you buy 30 pieces to get the 3 or 4 you need and leaving you with 2 dozen totally useless ones.

got to get it fast

I had to have these fast could not wait for the online to come which were over 1/2 the cost for more items But retail is retail.

Will not stay attached

Will try and take these back. They will not stay attached to peg board. They just fall out of the holes.

Straight Hook for Pegboards

It is extremely handy as it helps to organize our garden tools the only issue I have with it is when I remove the retail packaging from the hook the hook comes with it. so the metal prong is much smaller than the peg holes? Regardless its Organizational prowess is much more important
