Disappointed

The blinds showed up in an opened box. The bottom of the box had been taped, but tge top was still open. I hung the blinds and installed the slats, but the gears had been stripped out. I can't open or close the blinds. They shipped be used and defective blinds. I'm very upset with my order

Cheaply made

I ordered this blind and it would be adequate for my home. It is very cheap. I couldn’t believe the poor quality. I had to take it down and put my 23 year-old line back up because it was in far better condition quality I wish I could return it, but I do not have a vehicle to do so I was already charged a delivery fee so I’m not gonna charge a return fee so I will donate it, but I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody very unhappy

I was a little concerned this might be a poor quality budget brand but I was happily surprised. I took down a vintage piece of vertical blinds that were faded. This new one feels the same in quality and craftsmanship. I like that they use the exact same wall mounting hardware. I was able to leave the old hardware up on the wall and snap the new blinds in place. The old blinds were easily 30 years old.

Damaged goods with NO refund on shipping

The bar from which the blinds hand arrived damaged. I returned the item to Lowe’s however they would NOT refund the shipping charges. I wanted a replacement set because we needed the blinds, but I refuse to pay a second shipping charges. I would not recommend ordering anything that is shipped to your home. Pick it up in the store or shop elsewhere. I usually shop at Lowe’s for everything for our home needs, but I’ll shopping other places now. Sad to lose a dedicated customer over $80

5-star product, minus 2-stars for Lowe's service

The vertical blinds are affordable and looks really good. Lowe's delivery charge is not affordable at $79. Lowe's service toward this product is very restricted. They'll sell it, but if you need to trim off a few inches in length, you're on your own. I walked into the nearby Lowe's and waited almost 30 minutes to have 4 inches trimmed. Lowe's have a cutter for blinds, but since the cutter has the Levolor name written on it, the associate told me that they are only allowed to cut Levolor blinds....

Covers the entire sliding glass door in the bedroom and darkens when closed so it’s a great product
