Problem using MyLowes Money, blind was very good
The blind was as good as expected. But I really wanted to provide feedback on a problem using MyLowe's Money. The first clerk I went to couldn't apply the MyLowes Money with the gift card I had. I had to return to the store after checking out (MyLowe's Money was expiring soon) and use a different clerk to help spend the MyLowe's Money. Flawed product.
I recently (w/i 1 wk) purchased a set of blinds online. The product arrived in a timely manner, however, when the package was opened, it turned out to be a frustrating disappointment. 1) all the hardware was missing, 2) even the wand was missing and 3) there were scratches/stain damage on the product. It is evident that this item was previously purchased and returned with the missing parts, so my question begs, where is the QC at Lowe's.
