Easy way to strengthen your wire shelf.

Really stabilized and stiffened my wire closet shelving.

Hangers don't slide over these easily.

There were fatter at the part around the closet rod than the ones I was replacing, making it more difficult to slide hangers past these supports.

I compared these to the closetmaid brackets, and these were cheaper and seemed much more sturdy

Whoever designed this bracket does not understand either physics or gravity. If you try to mount it below the shelf, it will not work since the hook faces down--there is nothing to hold the shelf up. If you mount if above the shelf, it still falls apart because the hook is not big enough to grab the wire shelf. The mounting pins that fasten to the wall are smaller than the holes they go through, so they cannot hold anything. And they are pins, not screws, so they come out as easily as they g...
