no stripping of the head
Would RecommendStop buying the phillips head screws unless you want to do the job a second time. you may pay a bit more for these but its worth it. dont worry about the cost it will pay for itself with the less effort you will have to do to screw these in. unless you are doing a cheap job, these are the way to go.
