What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise these lag screws for exceptional holding power, reliable Torx drive design, and ease of installation. Reviewers highlight superior performance in heavy-duty applications, from securing deck beams to mounting 117-pound TVs, with aggressive threads that bite deeply without pre-drilling. The large head eliminates washer needs. Most appreciate the Torx-30 design prevents stripping and enables smooth, slip-free driving with impact drivers. A few note that dense hardwoods require proper tools and pilot holes, and some experienced stripped heads without sufficient torque. Overall, customers consider these screws highly reliable and worth the investment.

Would Not RecommendThere screw heads strip to easily. You cannot install them fully unless you are perfectly positioned to place consistent and hard pressure on them even with a hammer drill. I am returning the unused ones.

Boards not included, make sure to save for a while
Strong holding power, now if only I could afford to buy some boards to build the deck
Easy to use
Would RecommendUsed 3 of these to secure a 4x4 to another 4x4. Predrilled small holes, drenched them in wood glue, drilled them into place. Very secure now.

Too expensive
Would Not RecommendAfter purchasing and bringing home, researched online $57 vs $8, I returned the product to Lowe’s for refund,. Lowe’s is charging way too much for this and should review their pricing! Product is superb and would purchase again, but not from Lowe’s.
