Great Mailbox, but not snow proof.
Would RecommendI've had the Carlton mailbox for 5 years now. It's sturdy, the flag stays up when needed and the door stays closed, even in high winds. My only complaint is that when we have a blizzard (often in ND), it is always full of snow and needs to be cleaned out before the mailman arrives.

Would RecommendWe actually bought this box 2 times! Somebody backed into the first one we bought and I replaced it with the very same thing because we liked it so much. One improvement between the model a year ago and this one is that now the inside is white instead of bronze. It does make it a bit easier to see the mail inside when it’s dark outside.
