Fails even at 100 degrees

Bought tape to use in an attic area that obviously gets warm in the summer. It's April so it's warming up, but definitely not summer. Specs say it's good for up to 180 degrees. Attic temp is in the 90's and tape is coming off. DON'T BUY - it's junk.

I purchased this tape and planned to use it while installing 8 and 6 inch flexible and rigid exhaust hood ducting. This tape fit both diameters of ductwork and it has excellent adhesion to both the smooth rigid duct and the corrugated flexible duct.
