What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this foil tape for exceptional adhesion, durability, and professional-grade performance in sealing HVAC ductwork and high-temperature applications. Reviewers consistently highlight powerful, long-lasting adhesive that bonds securely to metal, insulated ducting, and diverse surfaces without reapplication. Many describe the tape as thick, durable, and built for long-term use, comparing it favorably to supply-house products. Customers find it easy to peel, apply, and cut despite strong adhesion. A few report adhesive failure in extreme heat above 90°F and difficulty starting the backing peel, though these concerns represent minimal feedback. Overall, most consider it a reliable, high-performance sealant worth the investment.

Strong smell

 Would Not Recommend

the tape holds well enough but that chemical smaell feom the adhesive is super strong. Best if used in a well vented are but that defeats the purpose of the tape... on ducat... in enclosed spaces.

Nothing professional about this Metal tape

 Would Not Recommend

Tape doesn’t stick well to metal pipe. I bought this to tape the seams of metal smoke pipe. I had such a difficult time getting it to stick on finally through it out and bought another brand which worked fine.
