What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this grill for seamless integration of gas, charcoal, and smoker functions, allowing users to sear steaks, char burgers, and smoke brisket without multiple units. Many report 4-5 years of reliable use under heavy weekly grilling, highlighting robust construction and durable performance. The adjustable charcoal rack system delivers precise heat control, while the gas side ignites reliably even in extreme cold. Reviewers celebrate simultaneous cooking on separate sides and rich smoke flavor from the integrated smoker. A few report isolated issues with the smoker door or gas igniter, though most still strongly endorse the grill overall.

Love the grill
Very reasonable and it cooks great

Disappointed in three years.
Would Not RecommendI have an orginal Memphis grill. It rusted in three years. The bracket for the heat deflector rusted off. Two of the gas burners stopped working. One the first year, and another in the second year. Good idea but poorly made.

Excellence in Style
This is an outstanding grill. Loved it so much that this is my second one. When I moved, I gifted my first Memphis to my sister.

Perfect!
Would RecommendI have owned the Memphis Ultimate grill for over 4 years. It is the Best grill I’ve ever had. The only issue I have with this grill is after 4 1/2 years. I need a new cover, but they’re always out of stock that should tell you something. It is as advertised and you will not be disappointed.!

Best grill ever
Would RecommendI bought this grill at least 10 years ago. It is the best grill I’ve ever owned. I am 71 years old. Have purchased many and many grills in the past. This is definitely the number one grill still using it today.

2nd pit boss
My first pit boss lasted me 8 years and i definitely neglected it as a young early 20’s kid. I’m stoked to get my new one and get even longer use out of it considering I’m better at taking care of my things now. Lol

Not worth the money
Would Not RecommendThere is lots of dents. The trays were dented in. You would think for the price that you pay it would be top quality. I was a little disappointed.
