Would Not RecommendWhile the pellets have good flavor, they don’t burn hot enough to keep the Pit Boss 1600 Pro Series to its set temperature. The pellets are inconsistent sizes and tend to get jammed in the auger. I’ve smoked venison loin and cream cheese with these pellets and they produce light to medium smoke with a good flavor, but the pellets just can’t keep the smoker at consistent temperatures.
